Great place! If you love a place created with Soul, then this is here! Lovely very friendly hostess who tried to make our stay very comfortable. Very cozy, clean, beautiful. The view from the window to the sea is amazing. I liked everything. Especially the atmosphere. I traveled with two small children - I felt as comfortable as possible. I am grateful to the Hostess for this place. My only regret is that we only had one night at this place. I'm sure I'll be back.

Having the pool on roof of the building and town as well gives you not only relax to body but soul as well due to astonishing view to the port and city. Reception will help you to arrange everything from first step in kos island to kids entertaiment. We hardly be looking for another place to stay if we go to Kos city again. Very good breakfast. We had a wonderful time at Aegean Houses and will definitely return. Everything about our stay was excellent, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. There are rooms with private pools which is very good for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks. The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good. We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.

This apartment got everything one may need on vacation. The flat offers a lot of space, 3 balconies and is also well-furnished. If you prefer to prepare a meal by yourself sometimes, kitchen's equipment is more than satisfying for a long stay. Moreover, one of the most relaxing beaches is just around 700 meter far away. You can reach the city for grocery & co in 2-3min by car. It takes you only 2-3 min drive to get to Lidl or max 5 min to touristic area with plenty of little stores, bars and restaurants. Moreover, you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets just from your balcony.

The division of the apartment into separate rooms, its location and the Greek style decoration were all excellent. I personally like the traditional style, while everything was also fully functional, clean and in top condition. We had a very comfortable stay, used the kitchen and the washing machine, enjoyed an early morning swim 50 meters from the apartment and went to visit all the main attractions in Kos Town on foot. We also managed to park close to the apartment every day.
