Location perfect as in a quiet area yet near amenities and beach. The apartment was fully equipped with good quality towels and everything possible supplied in the kitchen. Beds extremely comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Parking available. Sotirios the host met us at the apartment and was friendly and helpful. My friends and I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to Kassiopi.

Villa Sania is an exceptional property in a fantastic location. It is immaculate and everything that we needed was provided. The beds were really comfortable and there was loads of space for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The hosts, Mimoza and Jimmy were so lovely and couldn't be more helpful - all the way from the initial booking to when we checked out. We couldn't have a more perfect week. Thank you!

WOW!!! What a villa. All the other reviews echo our own experiences. Fabulous views from the terrace / garden over the infinity pool towards the hills of Albania. The villa is very specious and there were 6 of us and you would hardly know who was where. The pool table was great fun and we were very grateful for the gazebo as shelter from the sun. The poolside "sofa" was fab and there were 7 sun loungers. Easily one of the best villas I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent - an easy 15 min walk into town, supermarket 4 or 5 mins away and if you can't be bothered walking back the taxi is only 5 euros. Karolina our villa manager was so helpful too. The boiler needed a thermostat replaced - all done within 4hrs of us raising the issue - impressive!

An amazing location, close to beaches and shops. House was beautiful and gave us everything we needed to eat in or pop to town to dine. We hired a boat from the harbour to give us access to even more beaches. The castle was a short stroll away and was an interesting experience.

We are very happy with our short stay, location is perfect, in the city centre, 2min from the nearest supermarket and maybe 4min from the beach. Maybe not everyone would prefer it, but I really liked view from the terrace to the neighbours garden, it was cute! And also through the day it is mostly sunny in the terrace. Also apartments were very spacious, there was a washing machine but no detergents.

We just stayed here for one night to see Kassiopi in the evening. Tamara our host was amazing, really lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a 2 bedroom apartment just for the 2 of us. There was ample room for a family of four to stay there. Something that doesn’t happen often…..we had tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and a bottle of water in our room when we arrived. Great location to the town and harbour side. We would quite happily spend a week in these apartments.

The beautiful building is located at the beginning of the main walking road in the village. There was no noise coming from the streets and the apartment was cool inside that we didn’t need the air con on during the night even though it was 34 degrees outside in the evening. The balcony on the downstairs apartment is large and shaded in the evening which is perfect for enjoying. The garden in front is well looked after and lovely. There is also a communal back garden with bbq area in the evening shade which is great if you want to eat at home.

The property was new, modern and spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were a good size and an extra bonus that each had their own en-suite. The location of the villa was perfect. A 2 minute walk away from all amenities. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Basic but functional. Lovely balcony and sea view. Quiet pebbly beach on our doorstep. Enjoyed its peaceful location and quite liked having a stroll into Kassiopi. On the outskirts but easy flat walk along main road into the village. Beautiful bay scenery whilst walking. The studio apartments have a very pretty authentic Greek fish restaurant with bay views attached to them.

Villa Aelia is an excellent choice for an extended family - it has four comfortable (and roughly equivalent) bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and very nice and tastefully decorated common areas. The location is also excellent - very close to beaches offering good swimming opportunities, and at the same time within a comfortable walking distance to the centre of Kassiopi. We would definitely consider staying at this property again in future.
