We had the most fantastic time here. This place is a real kingdom with beautiful garden. Tsotne and his entire family are amazing and very kind, welcoming people. Breakfast and dinner was excellent and always more than enough food. I definitely recommed this place to anyone who appreciates warm Georgian hospitality!

It is very close to Vardzia Caves - 5 minutes walk to the entrance. We enjoyed the quietness and closeness to the river, the hospitality of the hosts ( including Bobby the little dog ), and we felt at home straight away.

We found this accommodation last minute, and was super happy about it! The owners are so nice, and accommodating. They can arrange with dinner and breakfast for you -- all the food is local and they even grow their own wine. Very good value for money. Vardzia is only a 10 minutes drive away, so it is easy to get there in the morning once it opens.

Our stay at this guesthouse was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Georgia – even though we spent only one night there, the experience was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived – quite late in the evening – we were welcomed with incredible warmth and kindness. Despite the hour, our host prepared a delicious homemade dinner for us, which was not only thoughtful but also a perfect example of genuine Georgian hospitality. In the morning, breakfast was ready at the agreed time and just as tasty. You could tell everything was made with care and love. The whole house had a warm, family-like atmosphere. Everything was spotless and very well kept, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there was a friendly dog who immediately won our hearts and added to the homey vibe. The location is another big plus – the views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely stunning, making us wish we could stay longer. Do note that getting there may require a 4x4 vehicle, but it’s absolutely worth it for the scenery and experience (but to be honest, you need 4x4 car to travel all around Georgia, not only to get to this property). Although the hosts don’t speak English, the language barrier was not a problem at all – with a bit of goodwill and the help of Google Translate, communication was easy. Their hospitality and warmth spoke louder than words. We truly regret that we only booked one night. This place filled us with such positive energy, and we left feeling refreshed and inspired. It’s an amazing value for money, but above all, it offers an authentic taste of Georgian culture, warmth, and hospitality. Highly recommended to anyone looking for more than just a place to sleep – this is a true gem!

We spent two days at Tirebi farmhouse and the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Giorgi, Marina and Sergo were very friendly and we had interesting conversations. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the location in the valley is fantastic. The views are spectacular. Thank you for everything.

The most wonderful place I ever had a chance to stay in. Everything is exceptional there! Koba and Angelina (and bubu the dog) were very kind and generous hosts. This was the perfect place to stay and enjoy Angelina's delicious home cooked food and Koba's homemade wine after exploring Vardzia. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They even helped us arrange transport back to Akhaltsikhe. Highly recommend!

This was the best stay we had in Georgia. the houses are comfortable, the view is stunning and the host are lovely. We booked breakfast and dinner and we got excellent home cooked Georgian food.

It was a beautiful stay. Very peaceful and quiet. Georgi the son of the owners took us on a horse ride that was the most amazing experience I had. The owner provided us with breakfast and dinner even on short notice. I would highly recommend staying there and looking forward to come back soon.
