The rooms are excellent, spacious and equipesd with heitinga as well as airco. Perfect showers, and perfect beds. Very very friendly and helpfull family. Ther went out at nigth to guide us to their place as we were lossed. Then cooked a meal for us becausexwe had not gave diner yet. Amazing!

Everything. The courtyard is lovely, the rooms are modern, beautifully decorated and with all the perks you would expect in a hotel (toothbrush, hair dryer, towels). It has air conditioning instead of gas heater, which allows a better temperature control. The beds are super comfy too!

Incredible Location you will never get closer to the people in Georgia than there and you are right at the sight. The landlord is very very nice..showed us around and the abandoned village. Unfortunately he does not speak English. His wife cooks very good food. The rooms are perfectly adequate for one night. Further on, the landlord drove us up the steep hill at the sight.

I can definitely recommend the guesthouse. Clean with nice rooms and very friendly people.

Quaint rural backwaters, though, deeply hospitable people! Homemade breakfast was super nice. A beautiful yard with many kinds of plants. Our room is spacious and super clean. We did feel like we were visiting a friend's or relative's. Regarding the location, the GPS coordinates on the booking confirmation would be much more useful instead of the name of the guesthouse. Highly recommended! If we had another chance to visit there, we would definitely choose this guesthouse again!

Aleksandre and his family are the loveliest hosts who will make you feel like part of the family by offering you fresh fruits from the garden, homemade wine and chacha. Their place is beautiful, with a big garden, fruit trees like mulberry, cherry and peach. The rooms are simple but had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. The property is in a beautiful area near the river, just a ten minutes drive away from the cave city of Vardzia.

Atmosphere here is really magic, You can get away from city noises and rush and enjoy countryside with it's signature bird, frog, cow noises. The beds are really comfy, pillows and blanket are so soft and warming. You have multiple choises how to prepare your meal- either outside grill, or seperate kitchen with gas stove, or quick way(just using microwave).microwave is rarity here, that a lot of places do not have- so big thumbs up for that. Shower with hot water was great. Free wifi- speedy and good connection. If you like and plan to do fishing- there is a big pond next to property where you can do this. The owners family is nice- they took us to Vardzia(cave town) for free. You can ask- and owner can take/ or pick You up for small extra charge. He took us to Rabati castle and Borjomi. We booked both cabins, one for kids and other for us.
