As the first ever guest of this cottage, I can not rate it less than 10 :) We stayed there on our way to Racha, and it's really comfortable - to start at midday from Tbilisi, have a lunch in Gori and stay for a night near Surami. The cottage has its own big territory, beatuful view to legendary fortress, nice lights outside, and almost everything you need for a short stay. Will stay there with a great pleasure again.

Excellent location, all the most interesting places within walking distance. There is a supermarket and bank nearby. The guest apartment is clean, although it is a budget option, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family, even a washing machine. The hostess is a very pleasant person to talk to and is attentive to her guests. Overall, our stay in this wonderful city and place was very positive.

Pero, the owner of the hotel is a great wine-maker. Please do nto forget to get a couple of bottles from his cellar, as well as some honey. Very nice people, and great view. Next time I am in Borjomi I will surely stay here again.
