Stayed at The Moorings in April. A lovely spot, ideal facilities, we had everything we needed. The enclosed spaces front and back were perfect for having the dog with us. A perfect base to travel to local facilities such as the Barbara Hepworth Gallery and Yorkshire Sculpture Park, and excellent walks nearby. The welcome pack of groceries and personal card from the owners also left a great first impression. Highly recommended.

The hotel was perfect in every respect (clean, comfortable, spacious, and placed in a safe area in the central city). The staff, in particular, were the most friendly and helpful I have encountered in all my travels. When my flight was unexpectedly canceled and I faced some difficulties, the entire team offered tremendous assistance, for which I am deeply grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, we had a lovely stay! The flat is pretty close to the train station and the city centre, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, but located on a quiet street. Settling on an arrival time was easy, and so was finding and getting the keys. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived, had everything we needed, and the bed was quite comfortable. We also really liked how tastefully it was decorated and how we had a really nice view from the dinner table. Finally, Aisha is a brilliant host who went above and beyond to help us out with any questions we had. Overall, we were really satisfied with the place and would recommend it to anyone staying in Huddersfield!
