Gabriele was a fantastic host who went out of his way to render assistance when we met with unforseen circumstances during our holiday. He was very prompt to respond to questions we had about the apartment's facilities and professionally followed up to make sure everything was ok. This was much appreciated. The apartment was clean, on a high floor with an unblocked view and perfectly located. We stayed for 3 nights and would have stayed longer had it been available for our unplanned 6 nights in Cardiff.
