We had an absolutely fantastic time at this cozy holiday house! The amenities were superb, and the highlight was definitely the wonderful jacuzzi—a perfect way to relax after a hiking trip. Perfect to explore the Vagar island. The host was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The charming decor and warm ambiance made it a truly memorable stay.

Shoe dryer 😍 The common area is great although very crowded in the evenings. The kitchen is very well equipped and pretty spacious, so it was actually possible to cook (comfortably) simultaneously with other people. I was positively surprised by the bathrooms and showers - exceptionally clean and cosy. Also, the owner is great - very kind and sweet soul with great tips about Faroe Islands and always ready to help out or just chat.

Perfect. Clear explanations from the host, everything was understandable and easily accessible, the beds were incredibly comfortable. The view was truly beautiful, and the location was ideal for embarking on a (exhausting but worthwhile) walk to Bøur and Gásaladur, or by car otherwise.

The cottages were picture-worthy cute, and the full glass view was fabulous! I particularly liked watching the birds feeding at low tide and watching the wonderful sunsets. The location was quiet and convenient. We walked into the village for groceries and dinner, and we walked to the ferry for our trip to Mykines. Parking was right around the corner and in view from our cottage. The airport was also very close, and a gas station was nearby (although the station could not take credit cards on the day we visited).

Nice place, a little outdated but clean and according to expectations. Right on the waterfront, you can see the Mikines ferry coming and going. We stayed there to catch a morning flight and went to airport on foot (30 min, uphill). The airport is very quiet si we didn't hear any planes. Also well suited before it after a trip to Mikines. Pleasant café in the village for dinner, or self catering at the place (but minimal crockery available).
