Location is just at the back of the strip in Cabo Roig, only 2 or 3 min walk to nearest shop. The host ,Silvia, was lovely and very helpful, she met us at the property and gave us tour and keys. She had the air con on and was nice and warm for us. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was clean. The pictures are very accurate. Would definitely come and stay again.

Exceptional stay — can’t wait to return! The apartment was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The host provided outstanding communication throughout our stay, always responsive and helpful. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach and surrounded by fantastic local bars and restaurants. The highlight was the rooftop terrace with a private jacuzzi! We are the family , 4 people, and will recommend to everybody to stay in this house and to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere and comfortable living in this house., absolutely perfect communication, checkin was possible earlier.. There is everything you need for living in this house, like at home, super clean, everything is clean organised with love, rooms. garden, bathroom, toilets., very comfortable beds. everything you need for cooking. washing. very nice Swimmingpool, the best house in this community I thing, it's very cosy here, mega good internet, we have to work remote 2 days, and it was without problems like at home office, we have rent a car, you can reach in 10 minutes LaZenia beach or La Capitane beach, 45 minutes to airport Alicante, 2 minutes by car to Lidl and there are another little Shops Cafes, we were very happy to have air-conditions in every room., July is a hot month but with swimming pool and air-condition you have nice sleeping, relax, so this is mega fine house and super vacation.. thank you very much, Toni, we will come back., many greetings, Irina
