During my first trip to the continent, I was impressed by the hospitality provided by the hotel. Ahmed, the manager, went out of his way to help me with everything, from arranging shuttle service to and from the airport at a great price, to assisting me with a cash transaction while in Egypt, etc. The hotel was spotless and had reliable air conditioning and a clean bathroom as well. The hotel balcony had beautiful views of the Nile. The accommodation was perfectly comfortable, overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel!!

When we arrived, Abu told us to feel like home. And that’s exactly how he and his team made us feel. It is rare to have such a warm and genuine (!!) welcome. He made sure we had the best time. Also, during our stay, me and one of my friends got sick - and Abu took good care of us. Thank you for the amazing time we had at your village! The rooms have everything you need and are very clean - just like the whole house. Having breakfast at the terrace is not only very yummy but has a very nice view too. The area of the Guest House is very safe. The people of the village are all very kind and helpful. We (three girls) had no issues to walk through the village even after dark.

Incredible experience. We only spent one night but they were super nice, the room was very clean, with ceiling fan and air conditioning. They allowed us to join an excursion to the Nubian village at the last minute with the best boat captain. Breakfast included very good. Dinner for a fair price, homemade and very good. Very positive that in the room they leave you the menu with the prices of everything, so you do not have to enter into negotiations or overpricing. We had a super enriching conversation with the owner at dinner, open minded, we loved his philosophy and way of seeing life, plus the peace that transmits at all times and his establishment. Highly recommended, if we return to Aswan we will definitely return to Kana Kato. Inshallah

1) Important thing the stay is really good, clean and neat.  2) Owner is friendly, kind and trustworthy. 3) Response is on time and genuine  4) we need to go there by ferry which is frequency of 5 to 10 mins with 10 egp per person. 5) She(owner) booked us a group tour to abu simbel for good price. 6) Toilets are clean Main part we need to look for in egypt is getting a loyal people around you very important and we felt that staying here. They helped a lot. Special note: *Shehab Ahmed*-  A special mention this man is just amazing and great hearted. Everything he said was real and loyal I had a problem trusting some people in Egypt due to many bad experiences but this man made that feeling go away he helped a lot.  He helped us in everything for booking a cab to Luxor for best price. Comparing the prices and get you the best one. He gives all the suggestions which will help you in entire trip.  And he helped us exchange currency going around without we going, when we are running out of time for leaving to luxor. We feel like a gift in egypt God bless him and the owner.  Cons: Only one thing is the washroom is little small but it is clean and neat. Different people have different opinions on stays but for me it was a good experience.

I stayed at Nile View Guest House for 5 nights in July 2023. The property was clean upon arrival. There is an air conditioner and a fan in the room, so you can use what you like. I felt very comfortable at the hotel. It is a family-run business, so you get the feeling of being around Egyptians who care about you. The food was lovely. I enjoyed the daily trip to the hotel, and the boat was driven by one of the family members. One feels safe around them. They are easy-going people, and they are kind and considerate. They messaged me few days before my arrival to help me arrange my trip and to check if I needed anything, and that was very helpful. They are very respectful of one’s privacy, and they are happy to help. The laundry service is available there for a very good price. I only paid around 130 Egyptian pounds (around 4$) to get many pieces cleaned. I am so grateful to the lovely family for my pleasant stay. I did not get any money to write this review, and I paid for my stay by using booking.com. Asil Ateeri

The hotel was beautiful and modern, located on the quiet Elephante island. It has very clean, light, cool rooms. A great terrace where excellent breakfast is served, as well as lunch or diner if you want. Very hospitable staff, truly wonderful people. They also offer good service with excursions to Abu Simbel, or felucca tours. There are very good restaurants very closeby (King Jamaica, Bob Marley. The food there is worth waiting for 35-60 minutes). This hotel is also a great introduction to the Nubian village.

The room is very clean and the space in front of the house is big so that we can easily park our car. We had dinner and breakfast at the nearby Nubian Holiday House, which is also Habibi’s. It’s a very lovely place with Nile view, and we played pool and darts for a bit while waiting for our meal. It’s a really surprise for us in this village. Habibi is very nice and warm, checking on us in the evening and morning and make sure everything is fine with us. We enjoyed the stay very much!
