I have stayed 2 nights in El Tio and i loved it! The place where the hostal is located and the territory of it is so beautiful, it’s reminded me a lot about the village of my childhood with chickens, garden, wooden walls. Just behind the hostal begins the trails to walk and hike in the Imbabura volcano and the view from there is precious. The owner, Tio, such a nice person. Recommend you a lot to stay there!
