The property location was fantastic for exploring the old town, walking to Oktoberfest and getting the train towards the football stadium and airport. The apartment was everything we needed for a few days. The bed/living area was enough space for us, with modern and clean decor. The location was central but also set back so quiet. We were very pleased!

Excellent location for visiting Munich in pleasant residential area close to the city centre (15mins by S-Bahn). Easy access to range of public transport and local food shops. Clean, tidy, spacious, freshly smelled studio. Nice wide balcony, very quiet area and soundproof. Very comfy bed. All facilities were there, you just feel like home, generously supplied with toilet papers, detergents, cleaners, shower gel/shampoo with some tea bags and coffee pods. Excellent wifi signal, good location; it is ca 6 minutes walk to Messestadt West U bahn station which takes you everywhere in München, also walking distance to the Riem Arcaden shopping mall, there you find all you need, butiks, restaurants, supermarkets etc I had a free of charge early self check in upon requesting this via Booking messaging, nice staff, Polaw replies instantly to the messages and burns to help the guests. Thank you very much It's simply superb and highly recommended, would definitely consider going there whenever I visit München again

Everything about this hotel was perfect for our stay. You can check-in online before arriving which saves you time at the reception. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was gorgeous: a nice view, kitchen was well equipped, comfortable beds, huge and clean bathroom. There's a grocery store just next to the hotel. There's a lot of amenities provided in the hotel: gym, a games room, a terrace bar, a library, multiple 'exhibition' rooms to take pics and hang out, a movie room, a restaurant and co-working space. Most importantly for us they had a laundry service which was very much needed after a rainy few days. You can store your luggage at the hotel after check out for no additional fee. I would love to stay here again if I revisit Munich :)
