The apartment is very well equipped, it is very clean and it had everything we needed! The balcony has a great view and it was very nice to use at night. The apartment has a great location, everything was really close by - we walked where possible, or we took one of the buses if needed, as it is close to the bus station. Most of all the host George was more than welcoming, he was absolutely amazing!! He helped us with our stay, he advised us where should we go and how should we travel to every location that we asked for. The stay was an amazing experience, we couldn’t have asked for more.

The place is amazing, I simply can't recommend it enough. If I visit again, I will definitely stay there one more time. The apartment is pretty much new with every amentity you can think of (the only thing we couldn't find was a wine opener, but we probably missed it). It has air conditioning in every room and very comfortable beds. There is water in the fridge and supplied Starbucks coffe capusles. The host is more than amazing. We had some troubles and he was very helpful and answered almost immediately to all of our questions no matter how trivial. He let us stay on our final day till the afternoon, so we didn't have to move our luggage arond, since we had a late flight. And trust me, in July, in the heat there, there isn't anything more incredible.

The apartment was newly and completley renovated. I mean literarly. We were welcomed by a smell of fresh parquet adhesive. I removed the transport cardboard from the microwave oven and I'm also pretty sure we were the first to use the toaster too. The location was near the area with restaurants, 2 minutes walking distance.

Okay, it's going to be a long one, but definiately worth reading (I hope). We were tired with all the touristic and noisy places and we hoped to spend a few days in mountains, but still be close to the water - the location was exactly what we needed. It's 30 minutes by car from the sea. It's an enormous house where half is occupied by owner's family and half is rented. When we came, the door was in the key of our apartment and there was full fridge: water, ice cubes, sodas, fresh fruits, candies and bars, some bottles of 2 different kinds of alcohol. An owner came and showed us how everything in the apartment works. In the room we had huge jacuzzi, I didn't expect that. And the view... perfect. We wanted to get a coffee so we took 10 minutes walk to the "city centre" and on our way we had a change to try wildly growing: figs, almonds, granats, limes, pomelos, grapes... Amazing. At the coffee place everyone from the village was sitting together and talking to each other. Very communal, pleasant experience. The next day on our outisde table a plate with peeled, fresh cactus was waiting for us. The day before we spoke to the owner that we have never eaten fresh cactus, so he prepared it for us. In the afternoon, on our way to the restaurant in the middle of the village (if you want to go there, what I recommend, make a reservation beforehand!) a lady from the village saw us and asked if we are from Demetris. When we agreed, out of the blue, she gave us warm, cypriot pankace with cinamon. How nice was that! When we got back to our place, the mum of the owner shared with us a dinner which was some traditional cypriot food. For the whole stay (3 nights) we felt very welcomed, wanted, listened to and care taken of. We had a feeling of being a part of the community as everyone took care of us. We had a wonderful experience and could feel Cypriot hospitality to the fullest.

Tha place was great. enough for two people. It was clean. the seaside was really close, the Lidl shop as well. (app 10 min walk). An amazing restaurant was suggested by the host and the meal was amazing! The pool and its area was absolutely beautiful. I would reserve it again.

What an incredible stay. The villa is part of a cozy complex. It is close to the pool and close to the beach. The owner is amazing and very helpful. The property was clean when we arrived and exactly like on the photos. It is well maintained and has everything you need on a vacation. We would love to visit the propery again.

I stayed in Pari Hotel Apartments for 3 months and was very welcomed and hosted by mister Tasos Pari and his family. It was a good example of Greek Cypriot hospitality. The hotel has all the basics that you need for living and is directed by the host directly if you need more information which is always spiced with friendly and Cypriot humorous way that owner Mister Pari has. Nice balconies towards the Medditerian Sea and Chlorakas village made you feel part of Cyprus people’s everyday life and their culture. Outside the hotel is decorated by beautiful well-cared plants and trees. Inside it is very clean and comfortable by its standards. Well done Tasos!

For a week in August this was great value !! Pool was lovely kitchen good location ok yes you need a car but most villas you do 1.6km to restaurants and bakery Supermarket the same all in all a good all round value villa

Very private place to stay. I also liked the restaurants and taverns in the Tala village centre, which were not right next door and we normally used car to reach them, but still close enough - just a few minutes drive from the villa. I find it being a good compromise between staying in a quiet private place with a beautiful view downhill, but have all the facilities close-by.

The property was in a quiet area at the base of the town. It was a great villa for families as the house is lovely and open and the pool big. The view was gorgeous!

Beautiful villa with 🥽 pool. Amenities good. Good location in Tala close to local restaurants. Clean sheets had been put on beds and clean towels had been left on end of beds .
