Large modern house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fantastic setting with green flowery gardens, a small lovely pool and tennis and pickleball courts which we rented a few times. In total around 15 houses in the condominium. We stayed there for around a week and really enjoyed it. We had a car which made it easy to move around, but note that Nosara center and restaurants and beach is quite far away. Our neighbors however said they got around easily with a tuk-tuk and we saw several golf carts rentals. The house we got was reasonably well equipped, but towels were quite old and some plates were missing. Houses are built in around 2017 and in OK quality (not US/European quality). Management is super friendly and helpful, but a little laissez faire; around 10 spots/light bulps were not working, pool was not cleaning daily during windy days and full of leaves, etc. We would come back should we ever return to Nosara (and had an own vehicle).

it was a wonderful stay we could see howler monkeys and many birds and other doors from the balcony. The location was very quiet, the room was large and nicely furnished, we didn't miss anything.
