From the moment we arrived, the host’s genuine warmth set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Not only did he greet us with a welcoming smile, but he also personally escorted us to the main road to help hail a taxi, ensuring we navigated the area with ease. His thoughtfulness didn’t stop there—as we prepared for a day trip, he surprised us with a bag of complimentary local snacks for our journey, a gesture that added a sweet touch to our adventures. Our room was a sanctuary of cleanliness and comfort. Impeccably tidy, with crisp linens and a minimalist yet inviting design, it offered respite after days of exploration. The standout feature? The powerful air conditioning system, which provided much-needed warmth against Fenghua’s frosty temperatures. We returned each evening to a toasty, cozy room, making the cold outside feel worlds away. Small details elevated the experience: fast Wi-Fi, a quiet ambiance, and a hot water kettle for tea that complemented the snacks. It’s clear the staff prioritizes guest satisfaction, blending practicality with heartfelt hospitality. The location was very good, walking distance to everywhere. The host was super kind, he went to get us when we arrived at Nanhua gate, so we didn't get lost. They received us with fruits and tea and explained to us the whole area with a map, also recommended some activities and places to eat. He also helped us to get tickets with great seats for a show and with the taxis. The room was clean and nice with a beautiful view.

​The hospitality and genuine warmth I received from the owners the moment I arrived was very important and satisfying for me. They helped me carry my heavy suitcases and took me to a spot where I could take photos just as I wanted. While I was taking pictures, I lost two of my fake nails, and the hotel owner ran to find some glue for me. It was a really kind gesture. I have nothing to say except that they are excellent hotel managers. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious. The view was truly fantastic. I would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the comforts more. If I ever return to Fenghuang, I would want to book here again. ​Goodbye! 🥰

Location is more than perfect, room so nice, staff very friendly.

Excellent place, confortable room with a beautifull and nice balcony. The boy help us a lot because our flight was cancelled 5 hours before. We hightly recommend this place

The hotel is well located, very close to scenic spots and the riverside, making it very convenient to walk. The room is comfortable and the bedding is clean. The front desk service is excellent and very enthusiastic. They will also help purchase the cruise tickets. The check-in experience was excellent!

The owners were so friendly and helpful. There were lots of nice touches such as little gifts like fruit and flowers and even sweets from their downstairs shop. We are on a cycling tour and they let us store all five bikes inside the hotel and even carried them upstairs for us! The hotel was a two minute walk from the best viewpoints of the ancient city.
