Great place to stay in all areas! The property was lovely and homey, nestled right next to the Great Wall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with travel arrangements. The room was fantastic as well, and there was a delicious breakfast provided.

The staff were exceptionally helpful when I had an accident and broke my arm. Two staff members accompanied me to a hospital and stayed until my diagnosis was completed. They then arranged a car and accompanied me back to the hotel, The front desk staff were very helpful in making arrangements with our booking agency to shorten our stay and adjust the payment.
