A beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean room in a car-free and 'you can hear a pin drop' quiet village with views of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau at the Top of the World. Fabulous, fairly priced and varied food - "home"cooked by people who care about ingredients. Friendly, caring and kind staff. Staying at the Eiger Guesthouse means free entry to Muerren's Sports Center - with a 25 meter - again spotlessly clean - pool, and whirlpool. 5 CH (Swiss Francs) more to sit outside in the hot tub looking at gorgeous mountains. Hiking is incredible here -- and the wildflower meadows are stunning.

Absolutely awesome location, we were on a budget for the holiday but this accommodation was a must for one night, we made great use of the kitchen cooking a nice budget friendly home cooked meal why enjoy the stunning sunset over looking the waterfall and valley.

Everything, including the location of the chalet and views. For the first in Europe, stay in the chalet felt like home from home. Overall experience was much better than I expected. We have enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the trains after we returned in the evening. Rebecca was the perfect host, and she has provided everything we need during our stay. Loved this place! It’s conveniently located right at a bus stop so it’s easy to bring luggage, but it’s only a short 15-20 min walk to the station. The flat itself is very clean, spacious and comfortable, and has gorgeous views of the cliffs and valley. It was perfect to return to after a day of adventuring!

Spacious property, extremely clean and well equipped. Good communication. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Lauterbrunnen. Set along the road from the main street the property was in a quieter location. Loved the outdoor seating area with views of the waterfalls.
