Excellent location! It is only 100m from the bus station and very close to Finch subway station. Combining the bus and subway makes it very easy to get to any place that can be reached by Toronto mass transportation. For example, it only costs about 30-40 mins to go to downtown (Dundas station). There is one medium supermarket (Metro) and one Asian food supermarket (H-Mart) within a distance of walking 25 mins. Or you could go to a bigger one (Loblaws) by subway (just one station away, in North York Centre station). Plus a fully equipped kitchen. It's very convenient to shop and cook food at home which could save you a lot budget on eating. If you want to eat some Asian food, there are many (too many!) Asian restaurants nearby: Chinese, Hong Kong, Korean, Middle-East, Indian food, etc.

Outstanding cleanliness & facilities. Loved the code access for the entrance & rooms- avoids stress over arrival times & return of keys. Internet was fast & reliable. The use of the laundry was an added bonus. Everything was spotlessly clean. My room was large & the bed was extremely comfortable. Although the road was busy, it quietened down at night & the double & triple glazing did it's job!
