Excellent value for money. Nothing is broken or dirty. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The AC works. The staff are friendly. The management was very helpful. I was honestly expecting much worse, for the price. It's surrounded by smaller houses and dirt roads but it has an electrical fence, although the neighbourhood doesn't look dangerous. They prepare meals but we didn't try.

This is a special place. On the edge of Okavango, near a floodplain, you'll find an oasis of peace. Phazama is about a 30-minute drive from Maun, so it is suitable for multi-night stays.
