Wonderful guesthouse located not far from the city center. The room is extremely clean, very comfy and cozy. Toiletries are provided. There’s a beautiful garden where they serve tasty breakfast. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for experiencing the real warm hospitaly of Armenia, there’s not a better place. This B&B is an amazing hidden gem in Vanadzor. Room are clean, spacious, comfortable and there is everything you need. We’ve been here in mid of May, when the day is hot and evening is cold. This is amazing place with beautiful panoramic view. We like it very much.

The hotel was clean and had beautiful mountain views, making our stay very enjoyable. What impressed us the most was Gayane — she was so kind and attentive, and it felt like she was doing the work of several people all by herself. Beautiful guesthouse near the centre of Stepanavan. The house is new and very tastefully decorated, the beds are comfy, the host family is very kind, the breakfast was excellent, and the host is a brilliant chess player.
