Upon arrival at the guesthouse, we were warmly welcomed with coffee and candies. The staff patiently introduced us to the room and facilities, highlighting the beautiful terrace with its grassy area and fruit trees, along with a view of the distant town. The shared kitchen was well-equipped, even featuring a washing machine. During our stay, they generously offered us fruits from their orchard upon arrival and departure. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly cared for. We sincerely recommend everyone to visit this place and experience the heartfelt hospitality they provide!

There are no words that can explain our experience. Kanach tun owned by a friendly armenian family , they take care of all small details. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Anna , her husband, and their kids were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We felt like we were with our family. For sure, we will go back to them once we visit Armenia next time .

The host is wonderful! What a sweet lady. The location is perfect. If you have (younger) children with you, this is the place! Great outdoor space and options to sit outside when it rains. The breakfast was really good and for diner we had multiple good options to choose from. Great rooms showers and comfy beds. At our stay we had really bad wheater but still a great stay! Extra +There is a (really) small shop nearby. It has some beers soda and vodka, cigarettes fruit en vegs and some basic household stuff +A few tracking routes start nearby the hotel. +Great rural place ++And again, the owner, she made the stay so good!
