A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

Everything, the atmosphere was amazing and we could relax very well. Sandra is very lovely and hospitable and all the animals on site were also really cute. I especially fell in love with Fred, one of the dogs. :) very tasty and rich breakfast as well (vegetarian).

We booked last minute. Early key handover was super easy and friendly. The location was really great for our trip and it was a safe neighbourhood. In comparison to other apartments in Yerevan, this one was modern, clean, quiet and with good furniture. The beds were also very nice. Wifi was fast and stable. Communication with the host was also fast. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. We would come back and highly recommend to others.
