This nice little apartment is modern, comfortable and clean. It’s perfect for a couple or parents with kids, but 4 adults might find it a little tight. It’s about a 15-minute walk (uphill) to the gondola, but if you’re fit enough to ski, you’re fit enough to walk. (Plus the walk home is all downhill.) We rented a ski locker near the gondola for the week, which made life easy. The kitchen is well equipped, but the local markets are not. If you’re driving, bring your food with you. We took the bus (Andbus) from Barcelona and did not miss having a car.

The ap is great and Freya the owner as well. It is nicely positioned at the entrance of Soldeu at some 10 min of walking to the city center and also about 10 min walking from the start of a lot of walking and hiking or biking trails.. In the kitchen , witch shares the same space with the living you have everything you need for preparing and serving a meal including a big nice table. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine that can be used . The living is fitted with a comfy cough and a nice big flat tv where you can watch a lot of Spanish channels and a few in English or France .There is also a very good working wi fi connection in the ap. The bedroom is not very big still big enough to accommodate 2 people . The bed itself is quite big and very comfy for my taste. The bathroom is nice and there is a good water pressure in the shower. The ap has a nice balcony fitted with a small table and chairs where you can enjoy a meal or just hung out for a drink and a cigarette . You can also use the free private parking witch is under the building (witch can be a little tricky to get into especially if you have a big car ) or do as I did and just park on the street in front of the building. The ap comes with linen and towels witch were nice and very clean as was the whole ap. Over all the ap is a very good value for the money and I had a pleasant stay and will be glad to stay there again when visiting the area.

There was a great deal to like about the property. It was well located and easy to enter being ground level. Lots of storage space and well designed. The spec was of high value. Everything was super modern and easy to use. Nothing had been forgotten to make our stay super convenient. The beds were large, comfortable and the rooms provided with black out enabling sleep.

Room had a wonderful view on the slopes so we could see e.g how the weather conditions were. The hotel is close to everything. Hotel staff knew everything and were super helpful! They gave me a skiing route on the first day and it was really a great recommendation to the top. The hotel was very clean, they were cleaning all the time the big common areas.

It’s a small village so all the restaurants are close, but when you’re in ski boots having the hotel so close to the lift is invaluable. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The views over the mountain are fantastic but be sure to ask for a room on that side- the view over the road is not good.

There is a little shop nearby, as well as bars and restaurants to choose from. All staff I encountered were polite and friendly. The appartment was spacious, well kept and had plenty of storage options.
