Meeting the captain was a highlight; he kindly showed me the captain’s cabin and even took time to chat again the following day. The food & beverage manager was also great and even made me a special drink with wasabi, which I really appreciated. The buffet was very good with a nice variety, and the signature drinks like Pho and Autumn in Hanoi were excellent. The Royal Suite was spacious and comfortable, and the overall cruise experience felt premium. William (Hoang) gave a great tour of the ship, and Định, Thiện, and Vy provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, the crew was warm and welcoming — these are just the names I happened to remember.
