The houseboat was charming and well appointed and the location couldn't have been more convenient! We had a great time exploring the collection of old LPs and enjoyed everything about our stay. It's the perfect place to stay when visiting Zwolle!

The boat comes with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a terrace with lake views. Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the river views. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. A lovely tiny houseboat - on a beautiful marina literally a few min walk to the historic old village of Hattem. The houseboat also has a roof deck so we could watch the sun go down around 10.30pm each night. The kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare our own meals for our stay. The bathroom had a good shower and we could walk from the boat to the surrounding nature area around the canal. A lovely scenic place to stay.

Norbet is one of the best hosts I have ever come across. His boat house is equipped with a nice bathtub and comfy bed. There are two TVs in the room if you need entertainment. He prepared an amazing breakfast and always checked with me to ensure I had everything. He even offered to do laundry and lend me the boat to go away from the town. Budda (his dog) is super friendly. I had a great time staying there and I hope you have the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of his place.

The place itself, it truly felt like at home. The location, in a village, yet so surprisingly close by to the old centre of Deventer (with the ferry boat). The room, cosy, old style, yet comfortable. No TV (+++!). The owner, friendly, helpful, reserved at the same time, a perfect combi. The breakfast! B&B in its full sense. Free and easy parking.

The ground were beautiful and lush, great for a lazy stroll, cycle, e-buggy or boat ride down the Regge River. Lots of families which was nice for the kids. Place felt safe and well maintained. The little shop was useful, but there’s also a Lidl and an Aldi a short drive away. We also drove into Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hauge whilst there; each trip took about two hours by car. Would have been very expensive by train. Lots of fun to be had on site, so a great place to spend time during the summer.

Host was very helpful and eager to.make our stay pleasant Very good breakfast with our preferences supplied Cabin was ideal Boat came for use with the cabin my husband took it out with just us two, and around Zwolle having never soley steered a boat before. Host was very kind. Easy to get around by bus or train Pleasant walk to town centre Really pleasant city Beautiful dog, don't worry non invasive and that's me liking dogs usually at a distance.
