Beautiful house in the middle of the island. Very picturesque house, garden and pool. Very friendly owners, cute breakfast served every morning. Our kids had so much fun in the pool with a boat and self built diving board. It’s quite a unique and special place, to those who love a creative and authentic place and don’t mind a little less luxury during their vacation.

A wonderful hotel set within beautiful gardens, we really enjoyed our holiday here, the hotel is right on the beach and the town is on the other side of the hotel. It is easy to go out for dinner and there are some nice restaurants in the town. The free boat trip on a Thursday afternoon is well worth doing. Have a drink on the terrace in the evening it is a perfect way to end the day.

WOW!!! If I could give more than ten points for the location!!! It was incredibly beautiful to open the curtains and breathe in the beauty of the port and surrounding arears. The balcony was a bonus where you could have a glass of wine and do a bit of people/boat watching. Restaurants, shops, beach are right there as soon as you step out of the property. Parking is close by and it was free of charge.

Perfect hostel in perfect location. The shower was excellent and the bed comfortable. We had a boat on marina and it worked perfect to stay in hostel. Good value for money.

The owner is great. We had all informations about apartment, parking etc. Apartment is very big and every room is airconditioning and localization is very near to the boats port in Alcudia, restaurants and supermarkets. I have 2 daughters and 2 bathrooms are very helpful👍 Thanks a lot Lorena👌

The apartment location was amazing and outstanding steps into the sea, which you could literally swim to the beach . There are plenty of restaurants in the strip The starfish boat is a must to watch the dolphins.

The location is great. It is very near the sea port. I was taking the boat to Menorca next day so it was very convinient.

The staff were so helpful, polite and happy Red level amazing! The room was out of this world! Huge! Large bathroom, living room and bedroom. The view was just breathtaking of the Cathedral and Palma port with it's big and small boats. Cannot thank the hotel enough for a wonderful holiday.

The view, the view & the view. Air conditioning in 3 bedrooms was a wonderful reprieve from a day in the sun. Clean & tidy apartment with great facilities. Fabulous terrace to watch the boats, yachts & jet skis in the bay. Handy sized pool which was cleaned before, during & after our stay. Lovely pool terrace for sun lounging & of course a tiny beach right on the door step for sea swimming.
