It's well located beside the dock. You have access to all water activities (boat, kayak, paddle board)

The friendliness and responsiveness of the host. The location was perfect for our needs; it was close to a bike path that took us to the Welland Flatwater Centre where the Canadian American Dragon Boat races took place. And the place was easy to find. The kitchen had a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, all extremely useful to have. Knowing that there was no stove, but only a hotplate, we pre-prepared our food so that we could manage our vegan diet. The place was cool and welcoming on our arrival. :-)

Newly renovated motel... We had the king size room facing the street. Very quiet. Tour boat tickets right across the road. Walkable to downtown.

Location on the water. Facilities were clean and ready when we arrived. Lots of shade, chairs, deck space and water toys. We brought our boat and had docking ((tight slips). Great value for the location in the Muskokas.

Loved the patio and gazebo outside our room. Perfect for having a cocktail and watching the boats at sunset. The best!!

Beds were very comfortable, bathroom looked like it was recently upgraded, in room a/c worked well,, Kitchen had everything we needed. Short walk to the boat tours and restaurants. Easy to find.

Access to water sports (kayaks, paddle boats, paddle boards) fantastic dock and swimming area. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants
