The staff was very friendly. They let us check in an hour early so we could be checked in and still make it on time to our boat tour.

Great location just 5 minutes to shopping, dining, rides and right across the street from the casino.10 minutes to the river and zipline, falls boat ride. Horseshoe falls about 10 to 12 minutes from the zipline. Breakfast was good.

Very nice place to have your 69th birthday with 7 other people I met doing the same. Can walk to the falls and closer to the boat under the falls ride.

Amazing location, just 5 min walk to see the fireworks at night and to the boats to the Falls. The room was very large. This is a typical North American hotel, the rooms with doors directly to the streets as we see in American movies (not so common in Europe). The included breakfast is great. Friendly staff.

Good location, 15 minuts from boat to Niagara Falls. Quite place. Little tasty breakfast.

The tour desk recommended a bus tour of the falls, behind the falls, boat ride, maple syrup tasting and general touring and the guide was great and my four grandkids had a great time. That was the high point.

The room was comfortable! Great air conditioning on a very hot day. We were within 15 minutes walking distance to our Niagara boat tour and Skylon Tower. Exactly what we hoped for when booking. We also made the mistake of arriving to check in 13 minutes early, but we were allowed to check in. Thank you!
