The houseboat itself was inspired by old houseboat designs but was quite modern and very comfortable. The staff were excellent with the cook preparing lavish feasts for us - food was exceptional! They even had binoculars for bird watching - something I didn't know I would enjoy so much. Absolutely unforgettable experience.

A perfect time on the boat. Extremely relaxing moment with a great team. The communication before with the manager was super easy. The boat and rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. We had excellent meals from the cook and the captain was very nice as well. Very chill moment where we were able to see the everyday life of Indian citizens living in the backwaters.

Exceptional boat and experience! We have been traveling with a family of 5, so we booked a 3-bed room suite which turned out to be an entire boat! We had dinner and breakfast served there, so we could enjoy the beauty of the surrounding while floating. The bedrooms are very comfortable and kept in very high quality, so we have been feeling better than in the most hotels in India!

The experience far exceed our expectations. The boat house we stayed at was a beautiful blend of tradition and comfort, the rooms had a massive window so you can see the water and views while resting, and the deck with the lovely seating on the second floor became our favorite spot to hang out and take in the beautiful scenery. The staff were also exceptional and went out of their way to ensure we had the best time. Mahesh, the chef made the best food we’ve had on the whole trip. Venu, the crew was so kind and of course the captain, Pradeep! We did a two night stay and I can’t recommend that enough. As part of the stay, they also offered canoe rides through the village, a stop at one of the oldest churches, seeing a woodcarving workshop and doing a little shopping and daily stops at areas where you can walk around.
