The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. Neil was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We also loved breakfasts that he prepared! The property itself was spotless and well-maintained. I’d definitely stay here again!

There are 6 rooms in the house but there is full privacy. The breakfast is superb, the best we had in the 10 day holiday in the US. Beds are good, bathroom is good. More than enough shampoo, soap et cetera. Like I mentioned, it looks like a museum. Old furniture with lots of good vibes. I won't be back in Salt Lake City soon but I can recommend everybody a stay in this B&B. The night rate is the same or less than a regular hotel but we love to spend the money at hard working, small scaled properties like this.

We loved the apartment and it was much better than we expected. Super clean, very well equipped and the owner pays attention to the very details. We appreciated all the many little things which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is part of the main building but fully separated as a guest home. Arriving late in the dark, we just realised in the morning that the surrounding is also beautiful... a farm area close to the foot of a hill. We were absolutely happy with everything.
