Great location, only few minutes to Southernmost Point of the Continental U.S.A. Mallory Square is about 20 min walk along Duval St, where most of restaurant are. Staff at the Douglas House were exceptional, Jose is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect from the begining until the end! Very nice place to stay, I recommend it at 100%. Billy and his partner are very nice, the room is perfect, nice people there, good vibes, very clean and great breakfast, it’s very valuable. The swimming pool area is great too. I will come back for sure, thanks a lot!

Our stay at the Augustine Guesthouse was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the property. It truly feels like a hidden oasis, lush with tropical palms and greenery, meticulously landscaped to create a serene and inviting atmosphere. The guesthouse is exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. The suite with pool view was comfortable and provides everything you need for a relaxing getaway, including a fully equipped kitchen for longer stays. The pool area is a dream. Beautifully designed, with an amazing pool, a relaxing hot tub, and ample space to lounge, socialize, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Outdoor shower, sunscreen, and towels are all provided, making it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment in the sun. But what truly sets Augustine apart is the extraordinary hospitality. Carlos, the host, is the heart and soul of this place. He is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always checking in to make sure guests are happy and comfortable. His presence creates a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere that encourages you to relax, connect, and feel completely at home. It’s rare to find someone who so naturally embodies the spirit of great hospitality and Carlos does it effortlessly. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat, a fun social vibe, or a peaceful escape, this place delivers on all fronts. This was easily one of the most enjoyable and comfortable stays we’ve had. We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend the Augustine Guesthouse enough. It’s a true gem!
