I was overwhelmed by my whole e at Afro Smile Guest house. Everything was excellent. I am Vegan and had wonderful food, my non-Vegan friend also had fabulous food. The room and grounds were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble - washing, helping to clean our muddy boots and preparing delicious breakfasts. Also had a great dinner here one night. Walking distance to the Sailing Club just up the street. James was a welcoming and friendly host. Rooms are large and very clean. Will stay again when in Jinja.

We were amazed by this accomodation! Everything is made very comfortable and beautiful, for an affordable price. The common areas were beautifully made, clean, really nice spaces to spend some time. Nice view out to the lake. Interesting and calm area around the property, Source of the Nile in walking distance, just like the city center. The place has a bar, where we got breakfast and had nice cocktails in the evening. We especially thank David for his kindness and generousity! We definitely recommend Home on the Nile!
