This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 600 metres from Pai Night Market. The resort was in a quiet spot away from main roads and noise and hence serene and relaxing but close walk to the walking street and night market. Also in December, the weather was perfect as it's cool throughout and especially cooling at night and no need to turn on any fan even though we had one. Our hosts Khun Aui and Khun Ying were very attentive and always willing to help and provide good suggestions to places of interests in Pai and also where to eat (not places typically visited by tourists). Breakfast selection is good enough ranging from eggs prepared to you style to healthy breakfast with cereals and fresh fruits and yoghurt plus toasts and coffee making it a hearty breakfast meal indeed. Love the hammock outside the room too!

The property is located less than 1 km from Pai Night Market, 2.1 km from Wat Phra That Mae Yen and 9.1 km from The World War 2 bridge. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The bungalow itself was simple and comfortable. The shared facilities were well kept and clean. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. The meals are served in a common area with a beautiful view and chill atmosphere - perfect way to start the day. This area had social vibe and I enjoyed the company of the other people staying there. The object is situated a short distance from centre of Pai. You have two route options: a direct footpath through the bamboo bridge (about 15 mins) and a longer, paved road (under 20 mins on foot or a few minutes by scooter). Note, that after rain the paved road is preferable option, as the shorter path can get quite muddy. Overall, this place offers incredible value. It’s a clean, well managed and socially warm environment.
