Beautiful staff that could not possibly be more helpful, even booked my coach/ferry to Koh Samui and booked an appointment at immigration office for me. Location is perfect, AMAZING Thai restaurant only a few minutes walk away (Kao Tom Thewet) and although the hotel is close/easy access to everything it is also incredibly quiet and peaceful. I would never chose to stay anywhere else in Bangkok now.

Location is super near to the BTS station, just behind it! Seamless check in with detailed instructions, was late due to flight delayed but it was not an issue at all.
