Surrounded by the High Tatras National Park and set in Tatranská Lomnica Ski Area, Penzión Jesenský offers accommodation with a garden, a terrace, a bike rental and a games room with billiards. Everything was new and clean. We had a nice looking room with ceiling windows at the new building. There was no teapot in the room, but you can always get some boiling water in the kitchen downstairs. There are also tables there, so we could eat and drink tea in the evening. They have billiards table and boarding games so people hang out there sometimes. The rooms were quiet and we had a good sleep there. Breakfast was simple, but tasty and there were always some options to eat, even for vegetarians (but for meat lovers options were better:). Usually they serve eggs (boiled or scrambled), sometimes sausages, spreads, bread, cheese and ham, butter, jams, corn flakes and milk, fresh vegetables and fruits. Coffee, tea and juice (artificial) to drink.

It was very homely and cozy, quiet, clean, great value for money. The beds were some of the comfiest. I highly recommend the room with the spa bath which is fantastic after a day of hiking. Not to mention Zdiar itself is so beautiful. Self check in was easy, we didn't see any staff during our stay, but they were easily reachable via WhatsApp.

The accommodation is newly decorated, and all the equipment and furniture are brand new and modern. However, the interior design still brings back the folk elements. The equipment is 100%. Everything you need is there. The rooms are separate and self-contained. There is a kitchen downstairs for everyone to use. We booked five rooms, almost the whole house. All rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely furnished.

I normally do not take time to write reviews but I can't resist this time. Accommodation in Jedlinka exceeded my and my wife's expectations by far. For the price it was super comfy, clean and there was everything you could possibly need when traveling. Even more - toothpaste, shampoo, mineral water, instant soups and much more. Communication with an owner was also very smooth. We plan to come back one day.
