He was very accommodating with requests and made our stay hassle-free and fun. We were lucky that we were the only guests that was checked in that weekend. Free airport pick up and drop off. We arrived at 8 pm and pick up was a breeze. He shuttled us back and forth at Alona Beach so we could have dinner. We didn’t have any booked activities and when I told him about it, he helped set up a private tour for us. Included breakfast was good enough for us. The property staff were wonderful, they keep the property well-maintained and clean. Property is close to the airport and Alona beach (Around 10-15 mins away). Nearby convenience store, food stalls. Rooms are cozy, good for couples or solo travelers. Smart TV in room, strong wifi signal, adequate lighting in room. Comfy bed, clean white sheets, thick blankets and fluffy pillows. AC cools room quickly. Bathroom is on the smaller side (Not much space in front of you if you’re on the toilet bowl) but was not really an issue for us. Justin was transparent about water supply(something about source of water, used to be fresh water from mainland but it was changed so we might notice the water quality, but tbh, didn’t notice it). Shower heater heats up water quickly. There was a body wash and shampoo in bathroom. Towels are provided, clean and thickness were good. Justin made sure our stay was relaxing and fun. He drove us back and forth the nearest beach (Libaong) when I told him I just wanted a quick dip in the water and quick meal; it took us about 5 minutes from his property. He suggested that we walk along the beach to get to Dumaluan beach which was a nice and relaxing walk and once we got to Dumaluan, there were more food options since there were a couple of beach resorts there. Since the place was not fully booked, he let us check out late since our flight was in the evening. I highly recommend Justin’s property!

Travelled a lot and never stayed is such nice decorated and well thought of unit. All hand made and so cozy. The most amazing outside shower and comfortable bed. You can also rent scooter for 350 php / day. Amazing view from the common area also. Quiet and wonderful in the jungle part of San Juan

It’s a great value because it has great aircon and very clean. The caretaker was very nice. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever on the island again.

Owners are super nice, we’ve been treated like an old friends. They were very helpful, making sure all our needs were addressed. Also we really appreciate that hotel are 10 minutes away from Main Street, it gave us so much peace. We drove a scooter during our stay, but it’s just few minutes walk from all activities. Hotel rooms is very basic, but super clean and cozy. And highlight of our stay - Bruno, owner’s dog, he is super friendly. I will miss this furry little guy 🥹

At the guest house, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The very best host and person where you can ever stay! Nothing but praise and thankfulness for Bong and Mrs Cathy. I stayed at their accomodation for 4 days, lovely place, great bed and shower and very clean. I have traveled quite a bit but never stayed somewhere with such an extremely kind and caring host as Bong! At the first day he showed me around where to go at the back of his scooter, helped me where to go to for diving. But most athonished and extremely thankful was I when on the last day I had a bad accident with my neck, Bong went with me in the ambulance to the hospital and even stayed with me until 2 o’clock in the morning until he was sure I had my own room after being in the ER. Next morning he came back with lots of fruit, drinks and snacks and stayed for quite some time and came back again the same day just to keep me company with me while I was traveling alone. The next day he brought my suitcase and the next even took dirty clothes with him to return freshly washed the next morning. He helped me check out of the hospital and being me to the port. For all his time, food and trouble he didn’t even want to accept any payment at all. I can’t recommend and thank him and Mrs Cathy enough. Extremely gratefull to have stayed here: THANKS A MILLION!!! Highly recommend this place to each and everyone!
