Outdoor seating is also available at the guest house. The best place to stay on Raiatea! The room was incredibly comfortable, the bathtub was such a nice perk and we loved the little beach. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, they went way out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed!

The Fare is private, spacious, beautiful, and well appointed in a traditional architectural style. Surrounded by lush vegetation. It’s an inside-outside setup that truly connects you to nature and the environment (yes, bugs and all but with everything you need to protect yourself). One the highlight of the stay is the wonderful host, Manutea, who shares his passion for the island and his knowledge of Raiatea, and will truly make you feel at home. Like almost all properties in French Polynesia, it sits next to the water edge and next to the main (only) road but traffic is light. You need a car and the host Manutea provided one at a very competitive rate including airport pick-up and drop off at no extra cost. It is a wonderful place to relax, sit on the porch and enjoy a slower pace. Forget your phone, social media or TV. This is not the place for it. The new family member, Bali the cat, will provide you with all the entertaining you need.

This was easily my favourite accomodation in Polynesia. Lovely hosts, great view, breakfast with fresh fruit and banana bread and spacious beautiful rooms.

At the guest house, all units have bed linen and towels. Bruno was absolutely fantastic. Such a happy and welcoming host. He drove me to the shop as soon as I arrived since I had to buy some food before it closed. The excursion he organised of the lagoon is the best one I have done in French Polynesia. The bed is also the best I had slept in during my month-long trip. The kitchen is big, clean and has all necessary instruments for cooking.

Towels and bed linen are featured in the guest house. The accommodation is non-smoking. We really loved this place. From the very first day, we felt completely at home. The kitchen is excellent, and the room is very spacious with a lovely balcony. We especially enjoyed the adorable dogs nearby, we became great friends with them! Communication with the host was always quick, and they were very helpful with any questions we had. Because of all this, and the great location, we can highly recommend this accommodation.
