Coffees on the deck was the best. The tui’s feed off the flax just at the end of the deck so close. Our host was very helpful but not intrusive. It felt like you had your own space rather than a room in someone’s house. Off street parking was perfect no one can see the cars. We had everything in the room we needed. Our first night we ditched the fine restaurant for fish and chips just so we could enjoy eating our dinner on the deck enjoying the view :) loved it!!
