The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Annie was very welcoming and provided wonderful recommendations and a great breakfast in the morning. The patio attached to the bedroom is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of tea/coffee in the morning. The scenery is beautiful. We had a great stay at Annie’s and would absolutely return.

Such a beautiful space with the most gorgeous outlook over Rotorua while having breakfast. The continential breakfast was beautifully presented. Such a homely environment away from home. Ron was very helpful in turning the car around to unload/load our luggage. Leslie gave us information pamplets on what to do in Rotorua and where to eat.
