Outdoor seating is also available at the bed and breakfast. The location was amazing. The view was amazing. I didn't realize how perfect the location was going to be when I booked it, I would have happily spent several more nights here. It was close to Akaroa but there was no light pollution for star gazing and we woke up to the sounds of birds and a sunrise over the harbor. Truly perfect.

Parking was ample, the flowers and grounds were well maintained. We highly recommend as stay at Kingsdown Manor!

At the bed and breakfast, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. Excellent location! Great view from the deck towards the mountains with the llamas grazing in front. For breakfast there were cornflakes, homemade granola, milk, yoghurt and peaches. The granola was delicious! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Added bonus were the train tracks running right next to the accommodation (if you enjoy trains, but if not don't worry, there's not a lot of trains per day so it won't get too noisy).
