Owner of the house, Petra is so helpful, friendly. She decorated the garden with Hobbit houses and sculptures. Being happy is hidden in small things. She noted our names near by the house and it was great. We had breakfast in the winter garden and she had prepared very good foods for us. Especially she decorated the garden and table with snakes, dinosaurs as my sons like. Also she prepared cookies and fruits with in dinasour shape. She loves getting her guests happy. We would like to come here again in spring/summer time.

We were greeted very warmly. The room was very spacious, comfortably furnished, quiet and so nicely appointed. Beautiful colours. Lots of attention to detail. Breakfast was amazing! Presented so nicely, lots of variety and more than we could eat.

We highly recommend a stay at B&B Geliefd! Conveniently located near the sea (Noordwijk aan Zee), Leiden, the airport and the gorgeous garden of tulips (Keukenhof). Restaurants, the train station, shops are within walking distance too. The room on the top floor was welcoming, cosy and spacious furnished with great attention to detail. Our amazing host, Mirjam prepared lovely breakfast for us. You can also arrange a bike delivery to the accommodation.

The location of the property was absolutely perfect, very close to town centre but very quiet and comfortable. We were on the ground floor room and it was great since one of our party has some mobility issues. I feel like I could write a full page just on the breakfast that was provided each morning. For two of the mornings, we had an early start so Fred delivered bread and meat and cheeses that we could eat before we left. On the days we were fortunate enough to have some time, there was enough food to feed a family of five. We were able to make sandwiches for lunch. We were blessed with incredible weather and we were able to experience King’s Day in the town. If we got tired, we were able to easily walk back to the room and have a rest before continuing on our day. There are any number of fantastic restaurants within a few minutes walking. Fred and Marion were very gracious hosts and helped out with any issues we had at all. I would recommend this BnB and these hosts for anytime you are fortunate after to visit this beautiful small city.

We stayed here as a stop on our Eurovelo 19 cycle trip. It was a very lovely place to stay in a great location with good restaurants to choose from not too far away. We could keep our two bikes safely inside the entrance and the hosts were extremely nice and very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding - the best on our trip - and we had plenty left to make a great packed lunch for our day's cycle so thank you!! Highly recommended.

Host was very welcoming, show us around a place. Nature around is amazing and you can take a e-bike, kayak or sup to explore more. Rooms were very, very clean and they are taking a lot of care about the details. Breakfast was very good and definitely trip there was worth.
