Guesthouse is located about 3.5 k from Old Town & bus station but it’s a few min walk to Long beach This part of town has a more local feel with expats visiting their home town. there are private combi buses to & from Old Town. About 2 euro each way. This family are amazing and honest. As female travelers we felt safe and comfortable. The rooms are snug but very clean & comfy. We appreciate the effort put into providing such a nice space for travelers The dad picked us up at the bus station and gave us a ride to the bank another day. He didn’t ask for payment but he definitely earned and deserved a gratuity. Very thoughtful family.

I really loved how clean it was, it had amazing views and great lovely staff.it was really near the center and had markets close by. I would definitely go again!

The apartment is located very close to the old town (Stari Grad) of Ulcinj. So, you have nice restaurants, the Aquarius White Beach, Ladies Beach, and the Small Beach (Mala Ulcinjska Beach) within a 1-2 km radius. The host was very friendly and accommodating. She even upgraded my room without charging any fees. I liked the bougainvillea, the grapes, and the kiwi vines in the courtyard.

I read already the great reviews I was hoping to experience everything by myself and I did. 1st of all even though reception works till 2200hrs and we knew we wil be late, Pasha told us not to worry, that someone will wait for us. Room had working A/C which is important in summer, big balcony where you can enjoy your evening or morning. On the rooftop there are chairs and beds to sit and sunbath, - wish I had paid attention to it in the 1st evening, also there is gym equipment, for those who don't want skip a day. Rooms were clean, had refrigerator, mosquito net, comfortable beds. Car had separate garage, and if you don't use it during the day, it won't heat up so much. Even though we had one room, it felt like we have all the building. If I ever come here, I will definately pick this place without second thoughts.
