Very friendly and helpful Staff. Our room was clean and well equipped - and obviously decorated with blue like almost entire city. Traditional maroccan breakfest various and tasty served on the rooftop. We parked the car on their small parking lot.

The entire hotel was so beautiful and clean, the staff was very welcoming from the first minute even if we encountered a language barrier they did the most to make us have a great stay. Whenever I go back to Tangier I will definitely stay here again.

All the necessities were in place, the owner stopped to chat with us one evening , the Medina was in walking distance, as is Saveur de Possion, and the meals in house were excellent. The suites have a sitting area and fireplace. The property was stunning. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. Upon check-in, we were greeted with tea and sweets and upgraded to a suite. The room was quite large and beautifully decorated. Amazing views from the terrace. Everything was clean and well kept. Bathroom was stocked with everything we needed. Heater and hot water worked great. There’s also an elevator, which makes things easier when moving luggage. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and contained options for everyone. My only regret was not staying longer.

The staff is friendly and proactive, the breakfast is excellent, the place is very clean, spacious and the area where the hostel is located is my favorite, residential and quiet, within a short walking distance from the Kasbah, the Phoenician Tombs and the Cafe Hafa. I felt at home, whenever I'll be back in Tanga I'll book at Syrah Home

Aziz and the two Mohameds were so wonderful and attentive to us, we felt just like family and felt so well cared for during our first visit to Morocco. Our bed was huge and comfortable (we got the king room) and the design was impeccable, which is something that is super important to me. We looked at a lot of different properties in the Old Medica and Kasba areas and this one definitely seemed to be the most beautifully designed, all the furniture, decor and building materials were authentic and beautiful (zellige and tadelakt in the bathroom, hand painted Moroccon furniture, beautiful lighting and everthing goes with the "green" theme). Thank you so much to Aziz and his wonderful staff for a special and unforgettable stay.

If you want to see beauty and ambiance of chefchoan upclose , this is the place, we also had the kitchen , to make tea , we were given slippers to wear inside the property which were moroccan made traditional, I think that was a thoughtful detail. The breakfast was so good , best coffee and traditional breakfast, we are very happy we picked this place for our stay at chefchoan.
