Great location (short drives to the best beaches in Ishigaki). The guest house is very clean and comfortable with great attention to details. But most of all, the owner couple is very kind and gave us useful local information and shared home grown fruits with us.

A little far from the port (I'm lazy) but still close enough to walk to it, with the main shopping street within short walking distance too. Clean, comfy, easy to use and access. Would definitely stay again!

2 km from Sesoko Beach, Sesoko Blue is a recently renovated property located in Sesoko and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. It is set 12 km from Nakijin Gusuku Castle and features a shared kitchen. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Everything! I had the luck to be there to celebrate my birthday during one of the evening get-together parties in the living room. The accommodation is very comfortable, with the proper heating/AC needed for the changing weather at the island, the futons were comfy, and the blankets really cozy. The bathroom and shower were super clean and functional, with a clean towel for every night at the stay and elegantly decorated. The common area, living room with kitchen, is fully equipped, with comfortable decoration, and the most beautiful view to the sea. The location is great as well, as there is a beach close by and a delicious café near the hotel. I can only recommend this place wholeheartedly. The hosts are really friendly, easy going and will help in case of any questions.

My stay at Max's (and Happy's 🐈) place has been awesome. He showed me some hidden places of the island with his mini van and I hanged out also with his friends. Accomodation-wise, Guest House Ishigaki was one of the highligts of our one-month trip to Japan. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and came by the Guest House to clheck up every day. We also went snorkling with Andy and saw sea turtles. A definite must-try if you are interested.
