The Japanese-style room was a good size, with very elegant and authentic decorations, and very clean. The futon was very comfortable and the area is quiet -- I slept amazingly well! The shared toilet and bathroom were very clean too, and there are fridge, microwave and kettle in the common area that can be used (also washing machine). There are also several books and guides on Kyoto to look at. The love for Kyoto that Linda and her husband have can indeed be felt in every little detail. :)

They are wonderful people.
