The common spaces are very spacious and cozy. The location is great to walk to the center.

Atsushi was so nice and welcoming, speaking great English, and he drove me to Magome - the beginning of the trail. The house is a beautiful traditional house, very minimalistic and pleasant. Everything was so beautiful and comfortable! One thing you need to mind though - the village is very small, and there's nothing to do in the evening. Even finding open restaurants for dinner after 7pm is quite impossible

The rural setting, in a very old house, was fantastic, the quiet and darkness were great. I enjoyed the chance to milk a goat again! The hot bath was relaxing at the end of the day. I was also given the choice of breakfast, a dinner on my last night and a snack to send me on my way. Thank you.

The owner didn't know about it but he himself asked the convenience store about it & relay the information to us. Very considerate and nice
