Some rooms have a balcony and small kitchenette. We spent a week in this traditional, comfortable, roomy suite with a sweet outdoor sitting area. High standard of cleanliness, towels changed frequently and it felt like a home away from home. Exceptional location and Serena was very friendly and available to give suggestions for dinner. The breakfast was a bonus in the little family run cafe downstairs. We loved our time in Orvieto and at La Magnolia. Highly recommended!

The properties location, beauty of our gorgeous junior suite and ease of communication were exceptional but it was the property’s owners and facilitators that made our stay free of worry…they helped us immediately with our bus/train schedule and meeting spot for departure so that I didn’t spend my precious time in Assisi worrying… ♥️… they even brought down our bags , stored and sent us a photo so we could check out, wander about for our last few hours and transition to departure…I can’t say enough…thank you for a lovely first leg of our trip.
