We had the 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms on the top floor which had a spectacular view of the rolling hills of Barolo. A nice kitchen for breakfasts and the parking is perfect. He recommended and booked a wine degustation and tour at a winery which was completely free thanks to an agreement with the hotel. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Internet was reliable.
