Very nice rooms in good location. Close to Vatican and walking distance to city center. Breakfast was surprisingly good, sth to everyone.

A very clean accommodation, excellently located to be able to visit everything on foot, one of the best locations of this kind that we have stayed at in Rome. All this comes with a slightly higher price, but that's normal. At the same time, we liked the young staff, led by Viola, they helped us checkin in even using other social apps, which we appreciated as giving us more security, continuing their activity with an excellent attitude and always taking care that we have everything we need.

The location is in my favourite area of the city - not in the jam of people but close to everything. The small park of the Palace of Justice nearby is wonderful to have your coffee or snack. If you are traveling via Fiumicino airport the shuttle bus is passing next to the park. There is a metro station in the area (about 10 min). Some busses also stop nearby if you don't want to walk around. However most famous monuments are within 5 and 20 min walking distance. (Except the Colosseo area) The room must be one of the cleanest places I've been at. We were staying only 2 nights so I wasn't expecting our room to be cleaned (since it is not a traditional hotel), however it was. I was even embarrassed of the mess we've made in the morning rush to get out. The space had a nice sized bathroom and a small terrace area. The interior is nice and contemporary. Bed and shower were super comfy. The host was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything we needed.

The cleaning stuff left us some local tasty snacks and mineral water complimentary on a daily basis. It was sweet. The hotel is 5 minutes by walk from Colosseum. There are bus and metro station within 2 minutes walk.
