The property is located in a quiet part of Forio yet very close to everything.15 minutes by foot till the beach. The breakfast offered a variety of things (eggs, pastries, fruit, etc.). The hotel room is extremely clean and nice. The hotel management were very helpful in transport to and from the ferry and helping us with the buses. It is a good boutique hotel.

I love this place very quiet and quaint, with awsome friendly attentetive staff. The upper deck has breathtaking view of the bay, and best view of Castello Aragonese. Rooms are spacious clean, each with thier own arched balcony within this charming turn of the century villa located in the heart of Ischia walking distance to all cute shops doted along the main cobblestone street leading to the castle. The property is surrounded with peaceful garden with various fresh fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend this place. The price is extremely reasonable might be worth it to contact them directly first.

It’s super clean and located in a quiet area of Ischia. My favorite part is it’s so close to a hot spring. The owner is super kind and gave me some tips to go around the place.

This place was just magnificent. The owner Mr Franko makes you feel so special and welcome. All the staff are just so accommodating in every way. The gentleman that serves you in the evenings, the young man behind the bar, the chef in the kitchen, and not forgetting the kindest lady tending to the rooms. It’s a special kind of family atmosphere that will make me come back again and again. Best pasta I have eaten in Forio and Ischia. Thank you so much.
